Welcome to the NBDC Page. The No Boundaries Dance Company (NBDC) is the award winning competition team for STEPS Performing Arts Center. Membership on the team is open to all STEPS students and consists of Tiny Company (TCo.), Honorary Company (HCo.), Junior Company (JCo.), NB Too and NBDC.

3rd grade and under companies (TCo, HCo, JCo, NB Too) are by invitation only. NBDC is open to all students enrolled in STEPS Performing Art Center classes ages 4th grade and up by open auditions.

The No Boundaries Dance Company offers opportunities to perform in productions, super groups, large groups, small groups, trios, duets and solos. Dancers are placed in performance roles relevent to a combination of age and skill. No Boundaries competes in the recreational, intermediate and elite levels at local, regional and national competitions such as Star Quest, Move, Showstopper and Show Biz.

We also offer other oportunities to showcase your talent at highschool events, professional sporting events, The Pulse on tour, city functions and more. For more information about becoming a part of the 2008, 2009 and 2010 National Championship team call or come by the office.

The No Boundaries Dance Company is a non-profit organization created to advance the performing arts through the development of not only dance skills, but qualities like stage presence, self-confidence and teamwork in our young students. The No Boundaries Booster Club performs the vital role of fundraising so that the students of the No Boundaries Dance Company are able to participate, perform and compete each year. The No Boundaries Dance Company is under the direction of Mandy Baker with direction assistance by Ashley Vandagriff and Melanie McDonald. NBDC has won numerous choreography, entertainment, best in class, high point, precision, techinique, emotional execution and first place overall score awards.
